Hp envy 360

My work computer/laptop is an older HP which works on my docking station. It sits on top. My home computer/laptop is the newer Envy 360 HP, how can I get my new laptop to work with my older docking station. Not sure which cords I need to purchase to make this work.

@Dawn00

What is your older docking station and what is your new Envy x360. Please note HP has dozens models/products called docking stations and few generations with hundreds of models/products call HP Envy x360's

Regards.

My hp envy is a laptop with just the normal hdmi and USB on the sides but my docking station is for a computer with the ability to sit on the station. About a 2 in plug in.Sorry I don't know the terminology.
