it seems a common problem now that i have researched it. they are charging me $450 for something that is defect! I want to escalate this but the rep says he is as high as it goes! HP is lukcy i boight this online from their shop.. if they had a store front, trust me this would be a different story!
and it gets worse! only if you had a store front, instead of hiding beyond contact centers and messaging platforms!
Im sorry, we would not be able to process the repair after thr refund.
