Product: Envy x360 M convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an Envy x360M convertible Model 15mdr0012dx and would like to upgrade the memory to 32 GB.  Can you please confirm it is possible on this model (RAMs are not welded) and kindly indicate what type of RAM should I buy.  Tks

It has 8 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (1 x 8 GB) now. You can upgrade to 32GB using

 

              https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct2k16g4sfd8266/ct14840625        (RAM will run at 2400MHz)
