Hi,

I am having a 601 battery error for a while. I updated bios and I did battery test. It showns me that battery is very weak. How that is possible if my laptop is only 15 months old and I did not use it often. the other worried information is that the battery test is showing me that I have only 86 cycles but my battery life is 1000 cycles. I am now worried because it is after warranty, the battery is integrated. Do you think that is normal?

Run the test in HP support Assistant. Click on the "show advanced information" link and post a screenshot of results.
