I have been facing battery issues with my laptop so HP replaced battery of my laptop last month. It was giving backup of 90 minutes. After replacement, it started working for 2.5 to 3 hours. The laptop has a 3-cell battery which has battery life of 10 hours as claimed by company on this link: Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fa0000 series specifications | HP® Support My laptop has also been formatted once. Not sure what to do as the battery should at least run for 4-5 hours. I'm not getting any proper support from executives even after calling/mailing/texting several times. They did what they could do and seems now it is my problem that I have bought this laptop.

You have misread or misunderstood the ad. It says up to 10 hours.
If you are using the GTX 1650 instead of the Intel Iris® Xe graphics, you must realize that takes more power. That removes some battery time
If you have power options set to performance, that also takes away some battery time.
Your expectation of 10 hours with a 15" or larger laptop is not realistic, unless you make some serious changes in the way you use your laptop.
My own expectation of internal battery use for a 15" laptop would be around 3-5 hours.
