when i start up the laptop, it starts up really slow. When i get to the login screen  and try and login to my account. It wont log in no matter how long i wait. Ive tried to run the test and just get a failure Id: PUWFTF-7R1A76-MFPWMF-60UQ03.

Hi:

 

The error code reported, Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure, means that there is a major problem with the hard drive and a new one needs to be installed as well as reinstalling the operating system.

 

Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

After you replace the drive, you can reinstall W10 for free by making bootable installation media using the media creation tool at the link below.

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
