Dear Sirs,

 

I have bought a new Hp computer, HP 15-db1022np.

 

After I turned on, I have noticed that the fan does some noise. (even when only whitting this post).

When I am playing games The fans do a lot of noise.

 

Is that Normal in this model?

 

(Ryzen 3 3500u + 8 GB RAM + 512 SSD+Vega 😎

 

I had a Acer (i5 - 4210u + 8GB RAM + 240SSD + GF 840m) and it was very silent.

I have a few recommendations: 

  • Updating your Notebook computer BIOS 

  • Keeping notebook air vents clear and clean 

  • Increasing the efficiency of the notebook to reduce heat 

  • Using Windows Task Manager to identify corrupt processes 

  • Selecting power saves settings to shut off your computer when it is not in use
