Fan Noise (screech) on startup only

My problem is that my laptop fan makes a loud noise (screech) when I first boots up first thing in the morning. It runs fine the rest of the time after that.....   Seems this is only a problem when the laptop is off overnight and initial boot-up in the morning.

Do I need to replace the fan and if I do, is it hard to do with this model?

• Updating your Notebook computer BIOS
• Keeping notebook air vents clear and clean
• Increasing the efficiency of the notebook to reduce heat
• Using Windows Task Manager to identify corrupt processes
• Selecting power save settings to shut off your computer when it is not in use
