Fan always on despite low CPU temperature

HP Recommended
Elitebook 840 G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear HP community,

The fan of my HP elitebook 840 G5 is always on, at full speed, from laptop start to stop, whatever AC or battery power.

So this is noisy.

I precise the CPU temperatures (obtained from HW monitor) are quite low, the 4 core temperatures below 45°C.

FYI, I have also updated BIOS to the latest version.

This fan activity does not depend on OS, I can start from dual boot linux fedora or win10 but fan always at full speed.

I buy a new fan from HP parts store and replace the old one but no change.

How could this problem be solved ? Could I change motherboard temperature sensor (ACPI temperature) that controls fan on/off state ? Any driver for this fan control ?
