Hello Hp ,

My laptop is not working fine , i dont know what happen . 

when i use touch pad the touch is erratic and when i use external usb keyboard and mouse same happen . 

upon using external keyboard it used to be ghost typing , and mouse moving not good . 

also check the inner parts seed fan is not working , it moves like jerking . 

 

no warranty since i bought it second hand.

help me thanks

You try to download the BIOS again to see if it works, but I guess there is a problem with the computer motherboard
