My new 15s series notebook is constantly running it's fan at highspeed even without getting overheated and without being in use from the moment I press power button it is producing high sound from fans

I reviewed your post and I understand that the fan is running continuously.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you update the BIOS, chipset, and graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.
