Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop comes with a 200W charger and was purchased in November 2020. Usually, when I plug in the charger, the charging of the battery is quite fast. However, sometimes the charging becomes extremely slow(~2-3% in 1 hour) even when I am not doing any heavy tasks. It looks as if the charger is just powering up the laptop and not charging the battery; however, the battery indicator shows "plugged in."

Usually, restarting the machine 2-3  times and then plugging in again brings back the charging rate to normal. However, is there any permanent solution to such a problem? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers but to no avail.
