Fastening screws on the bottom cover

EliteBook 745 G6
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Service manual states that Phillips P1 screwdriver must be used for screws holding  bottom cover. But it doesn't states anywhere what torque should be used for fastening screws. So the question: what torque should be applied so that screws will hold bottom cover good, and at the same time not overtight unnecessarily straining components?

Nobody uses a torque wrench on a screw. Hand tighten until the screw stops turning in the hole.

Anyway, having knowledge about torque limitations won't hurt. Especially if someone have torque-limiting screwdriver. Guess, something around 0.8 N×m should do just as you described.
