According to the product specifications at the link below, the keyboard is not backlit, or that feature would have been mentioned.

Clavier complet gris clair avec pavé numérique
HP Imagepad
You can also determine of a notebook PC has a backlit keyboard because one of the function keys (normally F5) will have a keyboard icon with 'light rays' emanating above the icon.
