Envy x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Not too long ago, I performed a repair and some maintenance on my HP Envy x360 (13-agXXXX), outside of the warranty period.

despite my best attempts, the rubber feet which I removed to perform the repair are now stretched and do not fit into their recesses properly.

I found the part number for the feet (L19600-001) but the only places selling them have them listed for over $80.

Is there another source or preferably a way I could purchase replacements direct from HP without paying a ridiculous price?

Thanks for the reply.

Unfortunately the support page for my country either re-directs me back to the community support forum or some form of paid warranty service through a local retailer (Currys PC World) and no direct contact options.

Thank you for posting back.

If you are having trouble navigating via the contact HP options, generally it is because either your product is Out of Warranty or you are trying to get support beyond the business hours and our business hours falls between 8 am to 6 pm EST. We also have an option to contact us via Facebook and Twitter in wake of exigency.
