HP ProBook 650 G2 Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After performing the mandatory Windows 10 update, my fingerprint scanner stopped working. I have followed various types of advice, which mainly comes down to uninstalling and updating the drivers for the fingerprint scanner, none of which worked.

I have a HP ProBook 650 G2 Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR).  Product number: Y3B10EA.

In the device manager it gives the following error message:

"This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

{Operation Failed}
The requested operation was unsuccessful."

The current version for my fingerprint scanner: 4.5.351.0

I would much appreciate your help regarding this issue.
