Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I love THIS laptop.  Is it possible to get is completely refurbished by an HP CERTIFIED repair person? Right now the only issue is overheating and it going BLACK after about an hour of use.

Please provide the full model number. HP is not really in the business of refurbishing its older products but you can likely find a local repair shop that is an HP Partner or has HP certified technicians. You will just do business with the repair shop and not HP directly. I see you are in the USA. What City or zip code? Please do not be more specific than that.
