I always plug in my laptop at 100% when I'm playing. Is this harmful for the battery? Also, is a hot power brick normal?

I did poat another day: Actually from my experiences with over 200 notebooks (exactly same model, same software) which are always on 24 by 7 using AC adapters, after 2 years their batteries are much better than our normal day-in-day-out machines
Please use the following guide to keep battery healthy
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c01297640
Normally AC adapter should be warm, not hot
Regards.

I just checked the battery health in the HP support assistant software. It claims that my battery status is normal and that the temperature is 30 degrees. The current state is "100%, not charging". Anything alarming about these?
