HP Pavilion x360 - 14-dh1026tx

Screenshot (251).jpgI restarted my laptop on battery power to complete an update. It had 64% battery left, but after restarting, it suddenly went down to 0%, don't know why. Now I am getting this error 'REOOW' in HP Support Assistant app. Earlier I did not get this error at all. My battery is aging but it always said normal. Now after charging it to like 50%, it is draining even faster than yesterday. If anyone, please help me.

The HP Battery check shows it as a battery near the end of its service life.

856/1000 cycles is many cycles!!

It must be replaced with a new compatible  battery if you want to continue using the laptop as a mobile device.
