Product: HP Pavilion x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15-dq2000 (9WR14AV)

Hey! I have looking for some time to get a hardshell cover for my pc but I am not sure about the dimensions I looked for hours can someone point me in the right direction plz

Also when I use like 2 windows or sometimes more my screen go black for few second with like a little moving bug who can i fixe it ?

I see you are experiencing black screen issues with the HP Pavilion X360 Convertible Laptop PC when using 2 windows and also would like to purchase hardshell cover for the PC.  

 

I have a few recommendations 

  • Update your Notebook computer to latest BIOS from HP.COM
  • Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date. 
  • Laptop Case for HP Pavilion X360 14" Sleeve//14 Inch PU Leather Protective Skin Notebook Cover
  • You can purchase it from HP Store online.
