Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 14-dv0000 (9WF41AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop is a HP Pavilion Dv6 with BeatsAudio, the issue I’m having is when ever I start it up a error message pops up saying my hard drive disk has failed and every time I press the enter key, it restarts and takes me back to the main menu again. What should I do to resolve this issue?

HP Recommended

Replace the hard drive. It uses a standard 2.5 inch wide 9.5mm thick SATA hard drive and it is accessible through a door on the bottom.
