Hi:

 

The error code reported, Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure, means the drive needs to be replaced and the operating system reinstalled.

 

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook where you can find the NVMe drive removal and replacement procedure.

After you replace the drive, you can reinstall W10  using the HP cloud recovery client utility.

 

You will need access to another working Windows PC for this.

 

This package provides the Cloud Recovery Client for supported models running a supported operating system. This Client Utility enables users to download the Recovery Kit from the cloud.
