Hi, Rachid:

Below is the report generated by the failure ID code you posted, minus your notebook's serial number.

Failure Information
Failure ID Tag Checksum HP Serial Number Test Date Failure Code Device Includes Error Message
GLVVWM-6R4A8J-MFGJXF-60U403OKXXXXXXXXXX9/30/20303StorageFloppy Drive, Hard Drive, Memory Drive, Optical Drive, SCSI, Tape DriveHard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure

You will need to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook, where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

You can reinstall W10 for free by making bootable installation media using the media creation tool at the link below.

Make the W10 64 bit installation media.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

If your PC did not originally come with W10 from HP, during the installation process, you will need to select the version of W10 you need to install, and then when you are asked to enter a product key, select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and W10 will install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page, as applicable.

Thanks for the info. Is there a way to recover any data from the disk?

Thanks

You're very welcome.

After you remove the drive, you can buy a SATA to USB cable, plug one end into the failed drive and the other end into a working PC's USB port and see if you can read/copy any files from the failed drive to the PC.

It is highly unlikely though but you only have a few bucks to lose by trying it.
