I'm looking to buy HP 15 DW3005WM System, My question is does it have a port to use HDD inside of it? I was told that HDD is phased out in 11th Generation laptops. Does anyone have an idea about it? Please let me know.

Well hard drives in general are kind of going the way of floppy drives and now DVDs. Legacy items not long for the market. But this model series still has the option of a hard drive + SSD (dual storage). However, if you order it with M.2 SSD only it will not have mounting hardware for a hard drive or even a 2.5 inch SATA SSD (uses the same mounting hardware). Here is the Service Manual:
See p. 21. If you want to retrofit with a hard drive you need parts 16b and 16c on page 21. Also see pages 37 and 38. The bracket is not sold as a replacement part but the attachment cable is and you can get a generic mounting bracket for the hard drive as long as you can get the cable, which would have to be ordered from HP or located in the aftermarket. Perhaps easier to just have the biggest M.2 SSD you can find. But we can almost surely help you if you decide to add a 2.5 inch disk.
