HP 15-r000sw Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Okay, so my grandfather has this laptop:  HP 15-r000sw Notebook. We both don't know the size of the disk and due to the pandemic, I can't help him right now. He also doesn't know how to open the laptop to check it. However he needs a new disk as soon as possible. Does anyone know if I should buy 2,5" one or 3,5"?

Laptops only take 2.5 inch drives; the larger drives fit only in desktops.

To find the current capacity of the drive, do the following:

1) Enter "create and format" in the search area

2) Select the Create and Format option when that appears. That will open the Disk Management console.

3) Look at the drives in the Window -- their sizes will be displayed.
