Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

MY AC ADAPTER KEEPS FALLING OUT.  THIS IS MY 2ND ONE.  I JUST BOUGHT THE COMPUTER AND IT HAD A FAULTY ADAPTER THAT WOULD NOT CHARGE.  THAT ONE FELL OUT ALL THE TIME.  I CALLED HP SUPPORT AND THEY SENT ME A NEW ONE.  WELL, I NO LONGER GET THE MESSAGE THAT IT WONT CHARGE BUT I HAVE THE SAME RESULT WHEN IT KEEPS FALLING OUT.

IS ANYONE ELSE HAVING THIS PROBLEM?  DID ANYONE FIND A SOLUTION TO THIS?  THANKS FOR ANY HELP YOU CAN GIVE.
