I am facing this problem ever since i have bought my laptop. Guess some issue with screen rotation.

 

Also  my laptop mic is not working. 

 

No help received by talking on customer care number and chatting online with HP executives.

I understand that you are facing an issue with the microphone on your computer, is that right?

Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you. 

May I know the steps attempted?

Have you tried to update all the drivers using HP Support Assistant?

 

Recommend you run a system test on your computer to make sure all the components are working fine. Click here

Run HP Support Assistant to make sure all the drivers are updated. Click here for assistance. 

Refer to this HP Article for assistance in troubleshooting issues with the microphone. 

If you could elaborate on the screen issue, I might be able to help.

Have tried the steps mentioned by you. System is fine. Drivers upto date yet Microphone is not working and Senor too is not working.
