Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Laptop stopped charging.  Did not realize until it was too late and have not backed anything up.   Purchased a new Power adapter hoping it would work.  The new charger did not work. 
after researching the issue it appears the charging port on your HP Spectre laptops fails often.   I will not purchase another HP Laptop again.   I need to know how this issue can be resolved as I have extremely important data and files I need recovered.    

and you need to place a recall on all HP Spectre laptops given the consistent failure of the charging ports.  You are ruining peoples lives.
