13-V011DX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP 13-V011DX (purchased in May of 2016 and out of warranty after May of 2017) all of a sudden stopped charging or turning on all together. When plugged in to the power source, no lights turn on and no noise can be heard from the computer. I know it is not the power cord because I have tried several different ones to no avail. Any thoughts?

I am thinking it’s got to be either the power input or something has gone wrong with the motherboard. The computer has no damage and has never been dropped or anything of that sort.

For being one of HPs higher-end pieces, I am extremely disappointed with these issues in a machine less than 3 years old and with only light use.
