Hi everyone!

I would just like to ask if what size  of earphone jacks does the audio portal of my HP 14-BS073TX laptop? I am currently trying to use the standard 3.5mm earphones but it just doesn't seem to fit. it can only go halfway. When I try to push it, it feels like I hit the hardware component already. Do I need 2.5 mm earphones or am I just not doing it properly?

Would appreciate the help. Thank you!

The HP 14-BS073TX has a 3.5mm regular audio jack that supports both headphone and microphone.
