Can I replace the motherboard on my laptop that has (Data Code 7J1550) with the same motherboard with (Data Code 7J1580)

Both numbers are invalid. Part # for your machine must be 8nnnnn-601 or  8nnnnn-001. I can't find the specs of your machine therefore I can't work out EXACTLY what is the number.
