I am setting up a new notebook - HP 15-ba055sa which has an AMD A8-7410 APU with AMD Radeon RS Graphic running at 2200mh
Although I have enabled Virtualisation in the Bios I am getting an error message using Kasperski total security 2017 saying that the driver for protection against screenshots is disabled. How do I find and enable the correct driver? Does the motherboard support virtualisation does anyone know? I can find no details of what kind of motherboard is in this machine The processor appears to support it
The OS is windows 10 (64 bit). Thank You

Virtualisation should be supported by your PC. Are there any advanced settings for virtualisation in BIOS.
Have you checked out the support page from Kaspersky for this problem and tried the resolutions?

"the driver for protection against screenshots is disabled". I am just wondering whether windows itself might be corrupted? When I first started it up it said it was trying to repair something but then it opened normally. I had to update it to the latest version of windows before it stopped freezing etc in use as the version preloaded was the original windows 10 one

OK. So you turned on virtualisation in BIos. Did you enable protection against screenshots in the Kaspersky product settings?
Did you turn on or off (try both) the Hyper-V settings in the OS. (Programs and Features > Turn Windows Features on or off > remove checkmark near Hyper-V.
