Hello, I recently bought an HP 15-da1035nv laptop with 4Gb RAM,128 Gb SSD and Windows 10-64bit and I need information about upgrading RAM.The question is how to find information about installed module, type, cas latency so to buy exact the same module and of course how much is the total amount of Gb that I can install ,20Gb,32Gb ?About opening the computer I found information on youtube how to remove the back cover.I wish to had a separate compartment so not to remove the whole back cover.

Hi:

Below is the link to the product specs page for your notebook.

It comes with a DDR4-2400 MHz memory module.

https://support.hp.com/th-en/document/c06455102

Below is the link to the Crucial, EU memory report for a similar model to yours that also uses 2400 Mhz memory  and has an Intel 8th gen core processor like your model.  You can use the same information for this model to upgrade the memory in yours.

https://eu.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/hp-15-da1035ns

You can install up to 2 x 16 GB of memory.

Select one of the DDR4-2400 Mhz memory kits for best results.

This service video gallery for your notebook's model series should also help you open the notebook...

Due to the way the make notebooks so thin and light nowadays, they don't make access panels anymore to get to the memory, hard drive and wifi adapter.

I wish they did too.

Sorry for not showing so long but I had too much work.

There is an error about memory modules. At the site refers SD-RAM modules but the SD_RAM modules are bigger than the laptop motherboard can afford.Probably the modules are SO-DIMM and I made mistake and ordered SD_RAM.Now I have to change them.
