Product: OMEN by HP 15-dc1112TX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I bought this  laptop in 2021 and ever since then it doesn't show the blue spectrum of the RGB backlit keyboard. Ex. Whenever i switch to the white color it shows yellow, whenever i switch to blue it shows green.

 

I have tried all possible software related solutions that i can find and i think it is a hardware problem. is there anything that i could to get the hardware repaired or replaced instead?
