Hello all,
My name is Jorge and firstly, I want to thank you for your time, as I know that sometimes is annoying to answer questions to people with little knowledge like me.
I have an HP Notebook 15 Beats Audio with Touchscreen. I bought it around 2014 and I took really good care of it, but recently, a relative played with it and the back lid of the screen and the frontal one got broken at the hinges....
I have been looking for spare parts, but neither I found was meant for the Touchscreen model.
I will really appreciate if you provide me the exact serial number for those parts or some guidance about where I can find this parts.
I really love my laptop, it has been with me long time, i was planning of upgrade to 16gb of Ram and an SSD, and suddenly that happened.
Some people I know told me that is best to trash it and buy anothe one, but hobestly, it was running excellent for my needs and I perceive that as very unsensitive with our planet.
Again, thank you for your time.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the replacement parts.

You may order the replacement parts on the HP Parts Store, use the HP Parts Surfer to find the part number and If you've already looked for it and couldn't find it on the HP Parts Store, you may want to get it locally at the online store such as Amazon or eBay, etc...as the part numbers are universal.
Alternatively, I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options, follow the below steps to get started:
1) Click on this link.
2) Click on Sign-in or select the product using the below step:
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Click on "Show Options". Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!
Also, if you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty, if yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from, here's how private messages work: Click here for details.
