Hello,

I want to change HDD to SSD and I buy 500GB SSD I clone HDD to SDD and it's not started. Maybe I get bad clone - can you help?

Hi:

 

What I recommend you do is to clean install W10 on the new SSD by making bootable USB installation media with the media creation tool from the link below.

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

That will rule out any cloning problems.

 

If your notebook came with W8.1, if you are asked to enter a product key during the installation process, select the 'I don't have a product key' option.

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
