Hello Team,

We would like to bring to your attention a recurring quality issue with the HP laptop models 250 G8 and G9. We have purchased over 180 units of these models, and we are experiencing frequent problems with the hinges and bezels. Elevate the case and provide the replacement.

Given the consistent nature of this issue, we firmly believe it is a product quality concern that requires immediate attention. We kindly request HP to take responsibility for resolving this matter by providing suitable replacements for the affected units. Please note that we do not accept trade-level replacements as a resolution. Furthermore, we request that this case remains open until we provide explicit confirmation for its closure.
