Good Day All

 

Sometimes I can type and not get multiple letters or numbers for a stroke and at other times it does that.  Thankfully I have an external keyboard but I don't travel with that as it is bulky.

 

 For example:

th8is 8is 2what 8*I am g3ett8ing 7us8ing th3e k3eyb9oa4rd 9on th3e la0pt9o0p 4r8ight n9o2w

 

My machine has the following label at the bottom:

Serial: [edited]

Product: W0S60UT#ABA

Warrantry: 1y1y0y

HP 255 G5

 

The operating system is Windows 10 Home Edition

 

I bought this in my country of Trinidad and Tobago just one month ago.
