Hi,

 

My laptop's battery is dying. I keep on getting the 601 error code. I know that my battery is dying, but before I purchase a new one, is there a way that I can see if there is a problem with a component inside of my laptop that is causing it to go bad? This will be the second time I will be replacing the battery. I replaced the battery in 2015 with an OEM Brand New Battery. 

 

Also, my laptop randomly shuts down while normal usage while being connected to the power cord. Any idea why? 

 

Any help will be appreciated,
