Hi Community,

 

I have a problem with the battery of my less than 2yrs old HP Pavilion 14-ce3501na laptop. The battery hardly hold charge if I remove it from the charging it last few minutes then It cuts power requiring to be recharge. I understand that this is not normal and I am seeking your help sorting this issue out. I run the HP diagnostics and it shows battery weak status. Please let me know if there is a way to replace the battery and where I can find it possible. What is the estimated life of the battery? My warranty expired December 2020 and as such um not covered.

You can use the battery part number L11119-855, search on Amazon or eaby, or search with your laptop model, and you can get the battery you need.In addition, replacing this battery requires disassembling the bottom case of the laptop.
