HP Battery less than 25% on start up.

HP Pavilion 15-n298sa Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello, I've had my HP notebook for less than 2 years, and for some reason now. On start up it displays a message saying that my battery needs replacing. I was wondering if someone could help me locate a new battery, or talk me through a way to fix it please. I can't even take the notebook off power in case it dies in under 10 minutes. Any help will be appreicated thank you.
