As with so many others whom post here, I also have received no response from my rebate submission and inquiries.  It has been 10 weeks with no response. 

 

Clearly the HP Care rebate has serious customer service issues.

Please help us with your HP unit serial number, Case ID or the product number on a private message for further assistance.
