HP Carepack not visible in Warranty Check

HP Spectre x360 - 13-4100dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased an HP 2 year Carepack with ADP support for my laptop. However, when I check the warranty status at http://h20565.www2.hp.com/hpsc/wc/public/home, it is still showing the base warranty and not the extended warranty.

 

I am extremely frustred with trying to contact HP Support. How do I get my warranty updated? I am not being able to claim my ADP status because of this.

HP Carepack not visible in Warranty Check

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

HP Carepack not visible in Warranty Check

It has been over two weeks since this post and there has yet been no feedback or communication from the HP team to resolve this issue. I am afraid I will have to resort to taking a legal opinion on this matter if it this behaviour continues from HP.
