HP Chromebook 14-q011sa
Chrome OS

My HP Chromebook 14-q011sa has been crashing randomly.

An SSD test reveiled 380+ Bad Blocks

The Chromebook has a standrd 1 year warranty but does anyone know if the SSD has a long warranty like most HDD's do?

Lite On IT SSD model number is LSS-16L6G-HP

Thanks in advance

Sorry, but this is just a community self-help forum staffed by volunteers.  We are not authorized to answer warranty questions on HP equipment.

To get such answers, you would need to contact HP Customer Support.

If you live in the US or Canada, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/phone-assist.html#section1
If you live elsewhere, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html

NOTE: After you get through, stay on the line until you are finally able to talk to some one -- it can take a while!
---------------------------------------
However, HP Customer Support is generally not available on the weekends, so you might have to wait until Monday to contact them.

Good Luck
