Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

I have a HP Gaming Laptop DK1010-CA. As per the product specifications, this device supports USB-C Power Delivery. I recently tried charging it with a 130W USB-C Charger for my Dell Laptop and noticed there was no charging. Any ideas what my issue could be?

Thank you

You can use a compatible USB-C charger wattage raring 135W to charge your machine.  Please DO not use incompatible charger, it may damage your machine. I can't find a compatible USB-C charger for your machine.

Regards.
