Hi, HP Diagnostics Component Test for Battery Check is failing for me, with error code - 9BSC0C-998AG3-XD7W3F-C0AG13. Does this mean I should be replacing my battery ? If yes, is there any way for me to check if my battery is covered under warranty for my product ? I have 3 years warranty, and currently my product is under the warranty period. Thanks.
