hello,

 

Wanted to check if anyone has recommendation on this. This is the 3rd battery I am trying. None of them are recognized by my laptop. I have followed all the instructions suggested for battery.

 

The current battery I replaced is HP battery - LK03XL, L09281-855

11.55v -- 52.5 wh, 4550mAh

 

the battery test fails. If I take out power cord after starting, it uses the battery and doesn't shutdown. But not able to start without power connection.

 

Please suggest.
