Hello everyone!
I would like to buy a laptop of the "Envy" series and more precisely a model "HP ENVY 17-cg0000nl Notebook" or "HP ENVY 17-cg0002nl Notebook".
The main difference is in the different hard disk configurations (one model has a 512gb M.2 disk and the other model has a 256gb M.2 + a 1tb hdd).
I know that there is also a model with a single hard M.2. from 1Tb but is currently no longer available.
Coming to the point I ask you: on these models it is possible to replace or add a hard disk or an M.2 disk. without problems?
Furthermore, where can I find the relative service manual relating to these models, since I only find the one relating to slightly older models?
I thank you in advance for a possible reply.

I see here https://support.hp.com/sk-en/product/hp-envy-17-cg0000-laptop-pc-series/32552529/model/34459313 there is a manual (Maintenance and Service Guide18.95MB) which might answer to all your questions...

Hi,
It is possible to add an M2 SSD of your desired brand and capacity.
It is possible to add a 2.5" drive, however, if you buy without one then you will need to later find and purchase the hard drive cable and bracket.
Hope it helps,
David
