Hi ... I have bought HP ENVY TS 17 Notebook PC and its out of warrenty (Warrenty expired).I wouldn't have used it for some months that its hinge sat down.Repair says its chasis below Left hinge has been broken screws are free and do not fit.I am an Engineering student and i have alot of stuff using my Laptop.HP brand is Reliable that is why I chose this one,but now its disappointing.I can't even fold/open my laptop once a week and its something makes me really sad.

I request the HP community to give me any possible help.

   i need the chasis of my Laptop.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
