HP ENVY X360 Left Hinge Broken

Good Morning, my laptop has minimal usage, and typically sits docked to a monitor.   This morning when I went to open the screen, the left hinge became disconnected.   After doing a quick search on the internet. I have noticed hundreds/thousands of others that have experienced this same issue.    This is obviously a manufacturing defect.  I was wondering what my next steps were to be able to get this resolved.  Thanks for your time.
